ICRE partner Andreu Ponsirenas presents the exhibition "Mas allá del velo de la realidad". A journey into the bowels of our current culture, offering a reinterpretation of different mythological beings and how they have been syncretically transformed over time, to become part of our culture and our beliefs. A look at the past that allows us to reflect on the foundations of our society, crossing the boundaries of reality and analyzing how different civilizations have interpreted their environment through religions and myths.
Through her bronze pieces, Ponsirenas shows us all her artistic imaginary that emanates from classical mythology, but giving a different approach to the different narratives that have been given throughout human history.
The exhibition can be visited at the Lasinnombre Gallery (c/ Concòrdia, 15, Poble Sec- Barcelona) from March 11 to April 8.
Given the restrictions imposed by the covid19, access will be restricted to the capacity of the room. Private visits can be arranged at agreed times.
